Not just “Choose Good Friends”…

I noticed that many of our youth are hungry: hungry for meaningful activity, hungry for spiritual nourishment, hungry for attention and significance.  Today’s world relies on moral quick mixes and faulty quick fixes that leaves the soul severely undernourished.  Yes, youth today face hunger…but it’s not the hunger that the world seemingly trumpets on every “save our children” campaign.  Our youth are spiritually hungry…and they’ll find anything to fill that hunger.

Spiritual thoughts: they are thoughts for your soul, for you to consider the things that the physical world would otherwise overlook.  I wanted to put this up as a resource for youth to look deeper and more meaningfully at their place in this world at this time.  It’s a collection of more than just the ol’ stagnant spiritual thought standby of “Choose Good Friends.”  It’s meant to whet your appetite for greater things…if you’re just willing to consider it.

It is my hope that you find something here that satisfies your soul…and invites you to act upon what you discover.

And if not…leave me a note, and let’s talk.
